Tao: I’m also more biased towards “Do Your Best”. Those sections were all very interesting, and when I played them, I played them rather well (secretly aiming at leader, where veins emerged in a flash on his forehead) However, I especially like variety shows. (Recently, there was a huge burst of confidence in variety skills.) There are many unexpected game segments, the live stage is also very relaxing, the sudden situations challenge our reactions and the atmosphere is comfortable. Hence, I want to try everything. Kris: Actually, the state of your mind is the most important, you have to maintain a good state of mind, because of our schedules, at times, we become entranced to the city which we’re in. However, in the middle of activities, even though we face entirely different environments every day, no matter where we go, everyone gives us a lot of love, the staff that we work together with are also very good, the fans who try their best to support us are also good, it makes us feel very thankful. Actually, everyone has worked harder than we have, creating many good factors for us, so we don’t have any reasons not to work hard, in that way, the pressure is turned into power even more.

Tao: Usually, when I feel extremely tired out by our activities, I will think about the happy things. (Da Zui: taking a stroll?) KBS 2TV ‘Nice Guy’s production company has released the first still cuts of the male lead Song Joong Ki on the 27th July 2012.
The photos unveiled on this day show Song Joong Ki wearing a pair of jeans, a white T-shirt, and a blue checkered shirt on top. He’s seen carrying a backpack and a thick book in his hands, looking like a young college student.
Song Joong Ki plays the character Kang Ma Roo in the drama. Kang Ma Roo is a medical student with IQ of 158 and with a good heart. He was born with good looks and smarts and he uses his assets to make women fall in love with him like a seasoned con artist.
Kang Ma Roo is a complex character who becomes a man with the purest heart for Han Jae Hee (played by Park Si Yeon), who is the woman he loves, but he becomes an evil man to Seo Eun Gi (Moon Chae Won) to use her for his own vengeance.
An associate of the drama production team stated, “Kang Ma Roo has faced many adversities in life but he somehow never lost hope and he continued to work hard. NU'EST ended their promotional activities for their 1st mini album <<Action>>
at the end of July and quickly returned in August with [Not Over You] to meet everyone
with a whole new concept! [Not Over You] is a song about the feelings of two lovers who have broken up meeting each other once again and is song that is very suitable
for the summer season. Nuest who have debuted for less than a year,
have already gathered numerous fans both in Korea and overseas and have also
attained the [2012 Best Rookie Award] on the international K-Pop site [Seoul Beats].

Q: Having won the [2012 Best Rookie Award] poll, what are your feelings?
A: (JR) I'm very happy that in the few months since our debut, we managed to gain so much support and I feel very honored. Because we want to thanks our overseas fans for their support, we will begin our overseas promotion in Japan and afterwards have activities in other countries as well. I look forward to going to more places to meet our fans from various countries.
Q: What are the changes in your lifestyle now that you guys have debuted?
A: (JR) Now when we walk on the road, alot of people recognize us and we feel very surprised! Although some of the passer-bys are not able to say out the names of the individual members but they know us as the group who did the "chair" dance. Of course, I wish that in the future, everyone would be able to remember the names of the members well (laughs). Also because we are now public figures, we have to be more aware of our actions and behavior and we will also keep working hard.
Q: How have the members changed since the debut?
A: (JR) The members have all grown up considerably! Baekho has become more hardworking as compared to before and Aron's Korean has also become better and better and he is now able to communicate with the fans in Korean.
Q: Nuest has become idols in the eyes of many fans, do you guys have your own idols?
A: (JR) The idol I admire the most is Eminem. When he first debuted, he wasn't very well received but because he kept persevering, he has now become a singer who is very well received.
(Aron) I really like Anthony Hamilton's voice and I've liked his songs since I was young, he's really charming!
(Baekho) DBSK seniors has always been my idols and role-models. Their performances are always filled with energy and I would like to be able to give off such a power packed performance.
(Minhyun) Normally I would practice singing songs by other singer and Eric Benet's [Still With You] is a song that I really like, it's a very nice song to listen to.
(Ren) I idolise Michael Jackson the most as he is able to give off a flawless performance on stage whether in terms of vocals or dance. I have liked watching him performe since I was young and he will forever be my idol.
Q: What do you remember most about your trainee days?
A: (JR) The hardest thing for me during our trainee days was the dancing! Although I look like I can dance well now, but during that time I was a really slow learner as I didn't really know how to control and move my body.
(Aron) I came back to Korea to be a trainee after I finished high school in the US. When I first reached Korea, it was really hard as my Korean was really bad, to the point that I couldn't even speak at all, but the members were very helpful and I also learned alot of Korean from our daily conversations.
Q: How did Nuest get recruited into the company to become trainees?
A: (JR) My hometown is in Gangwondo and it is very far from Seoul so I never thought of being a singer at all. One day when I was in school, I was spotted and picked by the company and at that time, I was suspicious as to whether this was true or not but I still went home and happily told my father about it. At the start, my father was against the idea of me becoming a trainee but because the entertainment company noona told my father that she dreamt of me standing on the stage performing, my father finally agreed to let me join the company. My father had dreams of becoming a singer when he was young so he is now very happy and supportive of me.
(Aron) When I was still living in America, I happened to see Son Dambi senior's [Crazy] MV and I thought that being able to perform like that was great. After that when I was back in Korea for a holiday, I heard that Pledis was holding auditions and I ran to take part in it and won 1st and now have debuted in Nuest smoothly.
(Baekho) The way I entered the company was abit funny. I was actually accompanying my friend to the audition but in the end I got selected!
(Minhyun) Since young I've thought of becoming a singer but I didn't go to the audition on my own, instead I was spotted by the people from the company on my way to school and I feel very fortunate that I'm able to accomplish my dream.
(Ren) Like Minhyun, I've wanted to be a singer since young so I specially came to Seoul to attend the company's audition. I remember the day that I came to Seoul, the weather wasn't good and it was raining. When I reached the company, the person told me that I couldn't audition that day but I didn't want it to be a wasted trip so I said I specially came from a very very far place to Seoul and the person was very sympathetic and decided to let me go for the audition that day.
Q: Who was has the most unique concept for the comback this time round?
A: (Minhyun) Obviously its Ren! Ever since debut, he has been given the title of [the boy who is prettier than a girl] and his hairstyle for this comeback has made him prettier and will definitely attract people's attention.
Q: This time round, Nuest has their comeback with After School seniors, how is it working like with everyone?
A: (Minhyun) Being able to work with the seniors that we know well has allowed us to feel more relieved and secure. Especially during music shows, being able to record with the seniors will make our mood better. The seniors looks after us well and will always give us tips and little secrets of things to look out for during the recording.
Q: Rookie girl group Hello Venus has also debuted. Looking back at the days where you guys were trainees together, what is the most memorable thing/occasion?
A: (Minhyun) Hello Venus who recently debuted in May were trainees with us in the past. We worked hard together and had fun together as well and both groups have debuted successfully and achieved good results as well.
Q: Many fans are curious as to what Ren is like on the inside, given that his outward appearance is so pretty?
A: (JR) I remember when I first met Ren, he still had abit of baby fat which was cute. Now that he has grown up, he has become more and more charming.
(Baekho) Ren likes to put his things on his bed and he doesn't allow people to touch his things nor lie on his bed. He also hides snacks in his bed and secretly eats it in the middle of the night.
(Minhyun) Ren like to be on his own sometimes and is also very 4D which is charming.
Q: Who in Nuest has the most fashion sense?
A: (JR, Aron, Baekho, Minhyun) Ren!
(Ren) I have an interest in fashion although I don't have a particular type or style that I like. I like to wear accessories that will put me in a good mood and I especially like to buy earrings and necklaces.

This is the poster for the korean drama "To The Beautiful You".
I am currently watching this drama now. I am at episode 7 and I must say
this is one of my all time favourite korean drama!
It's a definitely MUST WATCH if you haven't already.
This drama is the korean drama version of an popular Japanese manga
and there is already a Japanese Drama and a Taiwanese Drama for it.
I have watched both the Japanese version and the Taiwanese version
and in my opinion, they all have their good points and I really enjoyed watching
all of them.
Honestly though, the japanese version is more towards "fantasy" and "comedy" type
whereas the taiwanese version never really follow the whole story from the manga,
especially for their ending.
The korean version however, is the most realistic out of them. There is a slight twist
from the korean version when you compared them to the rest.
At first I am not used to it because I had watched the rest first, but after awhile, I grew
to really enjoy the korean version alot. The actors from it are really professional.
Overall, I really like all three drama versions of the manga and I really recommand
others to watch them all.

My name is D.O. My real name is Do Kyungsoo.

I was born on January 12th, 1993, and I have a brother older than me by three years.
A unique characteristic of mine is that the whites of my eyes are bigger than my pupils. Because of that, my fans nicknamed me, ‘Rich in Eye Whites’. Anyway, if it’s hard for you to distinguish us, just know that the member with a lot of eye whites is D.O.
Despite that Yunho hyung had just finished his Tokyo Dome concert, he called us after our first broadcast on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’. He monitored each one of us and we listened to his advice with the cell phone on speaker mode. For now, we need advice on our stage performance rather than for variety programs.
I was a quiet student in school. I didn’t want people to know that I was training at SM so I didn’t tell anybody. I just spent my high school years quietly and then graduated.
My voice imitation of senior Oh Kwang Rok on MBC Music’s ‘Show Champion’ was not something that I had practiced. I always joked around by copying him and it just naturally became my personal talent. The member that actually has a lot of hidden talents is Baekhyun.
I honestly have no idea what I meant by the ‘What Play’ that’s written on my elementary school graduation picture. It must’ve been a popular phrase back then, but… Why would I have written that as my special talent?
Since elementary school, I’ve always loved singing or listening to music. I always participated in singing competitions in high school. I was cast by SM while on my way out from winning an award at a competition. I didn’t know what type of company SM was at the time so I had a hard time believing them. I remember thinking, “Is this real? What is this?”
When I made a comment mistake on our debut stage, I wasn’t thinking anything in particular. If I said that I did well during the rehearsal… would you believe me? I kept thinking that it was a live broadcast and repeated to myself, “Majestic, majestic, majestic…” I wasn’t able to look at the camera so when it came to my turn, all of the words in my head just disappeared. (Sehun: They were deleted.) I could only remember the first letter of the word so I instead said, ‘grand orchestra’. I was so out of it then that I didn’t even know I had used that word. I never want to see that broadcast again (sigh).
A unique characteristic of mine is that the whites of my eyes are bigger than my pupils. Because of that, my fans nicknamed me, ‘Rich in Eye Whites’. Anyway, if it’s hard for you to distinguish us, just know that the member with a lot of eye whites is D.O.
Despite that Yunho hyung had just finished his Tokyo Dome concert, he called us after our first broadcast on SBS’s ‘Inkigayo’. He monitored each one of us and we listened to his advice with the cell phone on speaker mode. For now, we need advice on our stage performance rather than for variety programs.
I was a quiet student in school. I didn’t want people to know that I was training at SM so I didn’t tell anybody. I just spent my high school years quietly and then graduated.
My voice imitation of senior Oh Kwang Rok on MBC Music’s ‘Show Champion’ was not something that I had practiced. I always joked around by copying him and it just naturally became my personal talent. The member that actually has a lot of hidden talents is Baekhyun.
I honestly have no idea what I meant by the ‘What Play’ that’s written on my elementary school graduation picture. It must’ve been a popular phrase back then, but… Why would I have written that as my special talent?

They also added, “It was first time for both to film a kiss scene so they joked around to make a natural setting, but they couldn’t hide their nervousness. The two rinsed out their mouths and were restless. Seo In Guk did push ups right before the filming to prepare for his shirtless scene.”
‘Reply 1997' will tell the story of six high school students in Busan during the ’90s and will air its first episode on the 24th at 11 pm KST.

- Introductions + Thoughts On Their 2 Days Stay in Taiwan

Kris: I think the biggest change is that after our debut, since we are still rookies, work is our first priority. Ken: Actually because of intensive working schedule, you will also miss your family members. Your family members live very far right?

Amongst the 4 of you, who was the slowest, in terms of learning, at the beginning? Like when I learnt Korean, I was the last in class.
Lay: I should be considered as the slowest in learning Korean. But because there a language environment, it’s still okay and I’m still able to learn.
Tao: And there’s me, who is always the last.
Ken: Really? You are? Now amongst the 4 of you, who do you think has improved a lot?
Tao: Must be me. Because they always laugh at me, saying that my Korean isn’t good.
Lay: Tao’s Korean is actually not bad, it’s just that his arrival was too short. And when he is with the 3 of us, he always speaks Mandarin.
